After 6.00pm each evening, Thursday afternoons, weekends and bank holidays, the practice is closed. The telephone numbers remain the same. You will automatically be transferred to the Sheffield GP Collaborative or asked to redial freephone 111. The NHS 111 service is a 24 hour a day 7 day a week call handling service designed to deal with non emergency calls. Patients will be able to dial 111 free and be assessed immediately on the phone by fully trained call handlers. Those who call the service will be taken through a series of questions which will lead to a discussion being made and signposed to the correct service.
